Users appreciate the straightforward app setup and the lock's solid, weather-resistant build, making it suitable for outdoor use. However, some reports highlight reliability issues, especially with the app connection after battery changes, which can lead to resetting. Despite these concerns, it remains a practical choice for families or Airbnb hosts looking for secure and accessible key storage.
