Users have praised the standoff for enhancing safety and stability when using ladders, particularly during outdoor tasks like painting or window cleaning. One reviewer specifically noted how it made painting the exterior of a house significantly easier and felt more secure when in use. Additionally, some users have taken creative measures, such as adapting the standoff with a DIY platform for holding tools, showcasing the versatility of the product. While many customers appreciate the standoff's performance, there have been concerns regarding the lack of assembly instructions and necessary hardware.
