How do you get the bulb out?
Rispondere: The bulb will just pull out with a medium amount of force. The metal holder for the glass dish can be removed also. It is just held in place by magnets. Please turn off the lamp for 15 minutes prior to changing the bulb and let it cool as it is a heated bulb. -

Cannot get the new bulb in, does lamp come apart?
Rispondere: The silver stand inside is magnetic, so if you pull that out it will come off and make it easier for you to put your bulb in. -

What bulb does this lamp take?
Rispondere: The lamp takes a pack of 3 HQ - 20W G4 halogen lamp bulbs with 2 pins, 12 volt, and a 2000-hour life. -

Can you purchase additional aromas?
Rispondere: Not from us yet! However, you can use any fragrance drops or wax melts you wish. If using wax melts, let the lamp fully cool and the used melt and the wax will just fall out of the dish and you can add another! -

Can I use wax melt in this lamp?
Rispondere: Yes, it is perfect for wax melts and can be cleaned easily to change fragrance! -

Rispondere: I purchased this from a garden centre. I have taken 2 back as they blew within the first use. I am trying a 3rd time lucky approach as I love it but expect to return it again. -

Rispondere: No, mine doesn't spin. -

Can I use neat essential oil or should I add water?
Rispondere: I always add water to ensure the perfume is a little less intense and lasts longer.
