    Rispondere: My personal experience of the Dolce Gusto range manufactured by Krups provide a much hotter drink than the De Longhi ones.

    Rispondere: Yes, I bought mine here in the UK.
  • domanda: Is it normal for the used capsules to be still filled with hot water when you take them out of the machine?

    Rispondere: Yes, that seems to be perfectly normal.
  • domanda: Where can I find a new water tank for my coffee machine?

    Rispondere: On the Krups website.
  • domanda: Does it come with any pods?

    Rispondere: No, ours did not.
  • domanda: Why do milk pods overflow sometimes?

    Rispondere: I find if I clean the pod holder & use the descaling tool after this happens it rectifies the problem.
  • domanda: Is it a Matt black or gloss black finish?

    Rispondere: Nescafe Dolce Gusto Lumio has a gloss black finish.
  • domanda: Is the voltage 110 or 220?

    Rispondere: Mine is 230 volts in UK where I bought it. In other countries it will be the same as that supplied nationally in that country, eg, 110 volts in the Continent. Check with your supplier before buying.
  • domanda: Does this machine have a touch operating panel?

    Rispondere: No, there is a roller to select the amount of bars for strength on the top.
  • domanda: Can you use the aldi own brand dolce and gusto type pods?
