    Rispondere: Assuming correct Ph, Prior to new planting, I routinely spray with a roundup type product, then fertilize and disc 3-4 weeks later. I drag to smooth the bed than broadcast seed, you MAY lightly disc to get dirt and seed contact after seeding-but not required Jon.
