YARDMAX Plow Blade for YD8103 and YD8203 Track Barrow
The Yardmax YD8103 Power Track Barrow Snow Plow is an attachment designed for use with the Yardmax YD8103 Power Track Barrow. It features a 39" wide and 20.5" tall blade that weighs over 100 lbs, which can be adjusted slightly with the skid shoes. The plow is challenging for one person to remove or replace due to its weight, but easy with help. The blade needs to be removed if the dump feature is to be used. It reduces maneuverability as it makes the machine longer and wider with the blade on. Many customers have received the product with missing bolts or with bent edges due to shipping issues. The cardboard package that it arrives in is not strong enough for the weight. One customer was not able to find user manuals or assembly instructions online and contacted customer support, but they were not helpful. The plow will only work for lightweight material and does not work for spreading heavier material like gravel. The up and down adjustment for the plow is not easy, and only the skid shoes can adjust the height. The plow is not adjustable to the left as it binds. It is better for plowing straight. It requires more traction, especially when it is used in hilly terrain. The plow is a great concept that needs improvement.
