ARP Head Bolt Sets 2604701 Editorial Review

The ARP 2604701 Bolt Kit is a quality product that is suitable for a variety of makes and models. It is important to note that the kit is not vehicle specific but is dependent on the block. However, it has been confirmed by customers to work on various engines such as the EJ207 Version 8 JDM engine, 02 turbo 2.0, and the 2011 WRX 2.5 DOHC turbo. The bolts are not custom aged 625+ but are ARP 2000. It is also mandatory to use the paste included in the kit to reduce friction in order to hit actual torque spec. The kit has received positive feedback from customers who find it to be a quality product. Some have installed it with success and are excited to have their vehicles back on the road. Customers also praise the fast delivery and best price of the product. However, there have been some negative feedback from customers who received used and dirty products that appeared to have been torqued down. Some have also had issues with the kit not being suitable for their engines, such as the EJ253 SOHC non-turbo. Overall, the ARP 2604701 Bolt Kit is a suitable product for those in need of bolts for their engines, but it is important to confirm compatibility and check for signs of use upon delivery.
