It is the best water timer that they have found after a lot of researching. The product has been in use for several years without any issues. One side comes on and waters for the set time, then the other side comes on. The controls are simple common sense and easy to set up. However, a few customers have experienced leakage at the faucet connection and a problem with the right side hose connector not running water through it.
