PlayMonster Dedicated Deck Card Games 1400 Editorial Review

The SET Mini Round Card Game has garnered mixed reviews from customers, highlighting its unique appeal as a travel-friendly adaptation of the well-loved original game. Many fans of the original SET appreciate the convenience and portability of this mini version, which only incorporates solid colors and a reduced card set. This variation has made it accessible for quick, casual play—perfect for waiting at airports or during short breaks. Customers note that it's easy to learn, making it suitable for introducing new players to the game. However, the lighter version has also disappointed some long-time players who expected a similar mental challenge as the original. The simplified nature of the game, which lacks the complex patterns of the full version, has led to dissatisfaction among those seeking a robust gameplay experience. Additionally, some reviews pointed out quality issues, mentioning that the cards are flimsy and difficult to handle, adding to the frustration. Despite these concerns, the SET Mini Round Card Game has found a niche audience, particularly those looking for a more approachable card game option for family gatherings or to play with older relatives whose cognitive abilities may not permit the full challenge of the original version. Ultimately, while the game shines in its portability and ease of learning, it falls short for those hoping for a faithful and challenging adaptation of SET. **
