    Rispondere: The weight increments are in 5 pounds at the upper end, and about 3 pounds at the lighter weights. The settings are: 5 - 10 - 15 - 18 - 23 - 27 - 32 - 35 - 40 - 45 - 48 - 53 - 57 - 60 - 65 - 70 - 75 - 80.

    Rispondere: Standard dumbell handle from what I can tell.

    Rispondere: The biggest difference is brand and price. Although the Bowflex weights probably have a nicer looking finish over the weight panels themselves.
