How high up the leg do they come from the floor?

Really depends on your leg length and foot size. In my case about five inches or mid-calf. They are available in quarter sock and ankle sock as well.

What size is extra large for drymax socks?

Size extra large will cover men's shoe sizes 11-13. Thanks!

For a size 10.5 shoe what sock size should I buy?

I wear a 10.5 as well and a size L has worked out for me.

Where is the size chart?

You can find the size chart on their website drymaxsocks.com. The sizes are based on shoe size. Women's shoe 5-7 would have a size Small sock. A shoe of 7.5 to 9.5 will have a Medium sock. A 10 to 12 shoe size will have a Large sock. Anything larger, you may want to contact Barnum & Bailey for clown feet sized foot care.

What compression are they?

They are not a compression sock.

Is this only 1 paid of socks?

Depends; I believe the ones I bought were in a three pack but I remember seeing packs of one. I realize they are expensive but trust me, they are worth it. Haven't had a blister or a hot spot since I started using them years ago.
