    Risposta: This bin is 100% plastic so, yes it could be kept outside. Obviously, you want to verify: (1) it is secure from the elements (High Winds, Direct Sun, etc) and (2) it cannot be pilfered by varmints.

    Risposta: That’s why I bought it.
  • Domanda: Does storing it in the freezer cause the container any damage?

    Risposta: I can't say that I have used it in the freezer but the plastic is very thin so if the bin has a lot of liquids in it, they may expand cracking the container. Same goes for the frozen container when removing it from the freezer. If you hit it against anything I would be concerned the plastic would shatter. I would get something more heavy duty for freezer use. Something with thicker plastic.
