Melissa & Doug Nature Exploration Toys 6336 Editorial Review
The Melissa & Doug Sunny Patch Trixie Ladybug Flashlight with easy-grip handle is a cute and playful flashlight for kids. It is designed as a ladybug character, making it visually attractive to children. It is also very easy to use, with a button on the top of the handle for turning the flashlight on and off. However, the flashlight is not very bright, making it suitable for indoor and bedroom play but not recommended for camping or outdoor activities. It is also a true toy, not to be confused with tactical flashlights, and does not offer any real illumination assistance. The battery compartment is child-proof and can be accessed only after pressing a certain part and twisting the round lid in a specific way, making it difficult for kids to open the compartment and access the battery. The batteries can be changed easily by unscrewing a little screw on the front top and twisting open to access them. Overall, the Melissa & Doug Sunny Patch Trixie Ladybug Flashlight is a good buy for parents looking for a toy flashlight that is visually appealing, easy to use, and child-proof.
