Rispondere: These are 1/2 fittings, so as long as your cooler is 1/2 lines, it should cause no restrictions. Ideal oil temperatures are 200-220. Anything above 180 is fine, 160 is too cool. -

I have installed a mishimoto 6.0 cooler on my 2002 f250 7.3 powerstroke 4r100 and now it wont get above 80 degrees, will this warm it up?
Rispondere: Yes, kinda. It will allow the fluid to bypass your new cooler until the fluid reaches 180 degrees and then it will start flowing through your new cooler, so it will stay open at temperatures 180 and above but will completely bypass your cooler at temperatures under. -

Could I use this with 3/8 lines and it still work?
Rispondere: I don’t see why not. Just get the appropriate barbed fittings reducing from 1/2 to 3/8. But honestly the Derale 13011 states it for 3/8 lines. Might be better to look at that one. Also it worked perfectly as advertised. I’m extremely happy with the purchase choice. I installed on my VW 1.6 turbo diesel in my Suzuki Samurai.
