Body-Solid Exercise & Fitness GLM83 Editorial Review
Body-Solid (GLM83) Pro LAT Machine with Low Row Bar is a versatile workout machine designed for home gyms. It features multi-position foam rollers and is equipped with a 48" LAT bar and a 20" straight bar. Assembly can be a bit tricky, taking around two to three hours, especially without a socket set, as some bolts are recessed. Reviewers note that while the instructions are not detailed, utilizing the provided diagrams can aid in assembly. Users appreciate the machine's sturdiness and stability, making it an excellent addition for various exercises, though proper technique when using the pulleys is advised to avoid tipping. Overall, this LAT machine stands out for its quality and performance, catering to a range of workouts.
