    Rispondere: Compared to the $65 gun/flare kit, it’s $25 for the whistle, mirror, and bag.

    Rispondere: These items expire 42 months after the date of manufacture in accordance with Coast Guard requirements.
  • domanda: Is there room in the bag for a couple smoke and or hand flares?

    Rispondere: I am not sure.
  • domanda: Can you use these off shore more than 10 miles out?

    Rispondere: I would think there would be a larger model for that far out. This is about the size of a shotgun shell.
  • domanda: What is the manufacturer date?

    Rispondere: The launcher does not have a manufacture date, but the brochure was revised on 10/20. Flares expire on 10/24.
  • domanda: If you can't answer when the expiration date is, can you tell me the date of manufacture?

    Rispondere: I bought them 2 years ago, and they were manufactured 3 months before I got them.
  • domanda: When is the expiration date if I buy today 4-4-20?

    Rispondere: The expiration date isn't based on the date you purchase this item. These items expire 42 months after the date of manufacture in accordance with Coast Guard requirements.

    Rispondere: Not certain, but they look self-contained and sealed up. My guess would be yes, as long as the center fire primer isn't rusted. The flares are housed in solid plastic, not paper.
